Intimate photo taken and shared without consent in Wallaceburg

An arrest has been made after a private photograph was taken and shared without consent in Wallaceburg.

Chatham-Kent Police said they received a complaint on Tuesday regarding the unauthorized sharing of a picture that was taken of a 29-year-old woman without her knowledge, then shared without her consent.

A 30-year-old man from Wallaceburg later turned himself in to police headquarters.

Charges include voyeurism and publication of an intimate image without consent.
