Information about weekend fire wanted by LaSalle police

A fire ravaged a new home in LaSalle on Sunday, causing more than $4 million in damages.

The LaSalle Police Service is calling for information in an investigation looking into a fire at a new home over the weekend.

On Sunday around 12:30 a.m., emergency services were called to the blaze in the 4800 block of Terra Bella Drive.

Police said heavy smoke and flames were seen coming from the building.

The fire was put out with no injuries. The Office of the Fire Marshal is now investigating.

Damages are worth more than $4 million.

The LPS is now calling for the public to check security and dashcam footage, to see if any evidence of suspicious activity is found.
