Windsor police and Crime Stoppers are looking for suspects after two separate auto thefts in the city. In the first case, police say a white Mercedes was stolen from east Windsor. Police say two suspects approach the vehicle and unlock it remotely. One suspect can be seen on video entering the vehicle, starting it and driving away. “It would appear the suspects had a fob or possibly a cloned fob to steal the vehicle,” said Crime Stoppers coordinator Const. Jamie Fummerton. The second incident is described as a crime of opportunity. Police say the driver of a white Infiniti left the vehicle running while attending a business in the area of Walker Road and Ottawa Street. “While the driver was inside the business, a male enters the Infiniti and drives away,” said Fummerton.
