Beachgoers can enjoy the water this weekend as all seven beaches monitored in Essex County have been deemed safe for swimming. According to the latest water quality testing results from the health unit, E. coli levels at all local beaches are within acceptable limits. However, Sandpoint Beach remains closed to swimmers. The City of Windsor says the closure is in place for safety reasons.
