The City of Vancouver has parted ways with its chief procurement officer and director of supply chain management, CTV News has learned. Alexander Ralph worked for the city for at least a decade, according to his LinkedIn. Ralph is one of the latest high-profile staffers to be let go. Earlier this month, Saul Schwebs, the City of Vancouver’s chief building official was laid off after 12 years. And in May, the city fired two senior clerks, Katrina Leckovic and Tina Penney. In a statement to CTV News, the City of Vancouver said it will not comment on individual personnel matters. “We thank Alex Ralph for his dedicated service and many contributions to the city and wish him well,” the statement reads.
