RCMP said a hiker who was reported missing earlier this week was found safe and unharmed. Mounties issued a release about the 27-year-old man after he didn’t return home on time to Hinton after a back country camping trip in William A. Switzer Provincial Park. He was supposed to be home on Oct. 1 and was reported to police as overdue on Sunday. On Friday, RCMP said he had been found.
