Police say they’re investigating a serious motor vehicle incident in Abbotsford. B.C. Emergency Health Services tells CTV News that paramedics were called to the 30100 block of Marshall Road Extension at 11:28 a.m. but did not transport any patients to hospital. “Two ambulances with primary care paramedics, an ambulance with advanced care paramedics, and an advanced care paramedic response unit attended the scene,” said BCEHS public information officer Brian Twaites, in a statement. The Abbotsford Police Department says Marshall Road is closed between Mt Lehman and Ross roads and has asked drivers to avoid the area. The stretch police refer to is in a rural area with farmland on either side of the roadway. This is a developing story and will be updated.
