James Paracy

James is from Port Alberni, B.C., and comes to CTV News after taking some time away from news, but brings experience from the web desk at CityNews. He's most interested in writing about the everyday people who might not otherwise have their stories told, with a little bit of sports sprinkled in there as well. When he's away from the office, you can find James spending time with his family at Vancouver Island's Sproat Lake, trying to figure out which Vancouver restaurant has the best patio, or paying far too much attention to his favourite hockey team; the Colorado Avalanche.
