A bus driver was taken to hospital after experiencing a medical emergency at the wheel and crashing in North Vancouver on Tuesday morning, according to police. Paramedics and police were called to West 3rd Street and Mahon Avenue in Lower Lonsdale around 9:30 a.m. Witnesses reported the occupied TransLink bus crashed into several parked cars and a tree, police said.
