Hwy. 400 ramps to eastbound Hwy. 401 remain closed following a serious collision early this morning. Police say both the northbound and southbound ramps to eastbound Hwy. 401 are shut down following a three-vehicle crash. One person suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. The on-scene investigation into the crash continues, police said. The ramps are expected to reopen later this morning.
