A 41-year-old man has died after a workplace accident in Saskatoon on Wednesday. Saskatoon police say the man was working on a construction site when he was hit by a piece of heavy equipment just before 2 p.m. The incident happened in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkway, according to a news release. The 41-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and his next-of-kin has been notified. Police say they will not release the man’s name.
