Daniel Reech

Daniel is a Regina-based reporter who first began his career with 980 CJME in 2022 after graduating from the University of Regina’s School of Journalism.
He’s lived in the Queen City for almost his whole life and enjoys exploring the unique perspectives and stories that come from Saskatchewan.
During his studies, he interned with CBC Saskatchewan and the Globe and Mail in 2021.
Throughout his career, Daniel has covered a wide range of topics including provincial and municipal politics, sports, court, agriculture and human-interest stories.
Daniel joined CTV News Regina in 2026 as a Digital Journalist. He speaks English.
