Traffic disruption expected on several Sask. highways due to major move

Saskatchewan drivers are asked to plan ahead as a major transport move is set to begin Monday, stretching from Hague all the way to Denare Beach.

According to the Saskatchewan Highway Hotline, the move will affect traffic along Highways 120, 106, and 167.

Due to the width of the load being transported, traffic will not be able to pass in many areas.

While there will be a few pullouts to allow vehicles to pass, these will not be frequent because the road is narrow.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and to allow extra time for travel.

The Highway Hotline says pilot vehicles will be there for safety, and drivers are reminded to follow their instructions closely.
