A Saskatoon man has been charged with the possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material. The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) executed a warrant at the man’s home on Jan. 13, 2026, where they examined and seized electronic devices, Saskatoon police said in a news release Thursday. As a result, 47-year-old Devin Richard Hough was arrested and charged with two counts of possessing the illicit sexual content on April 21. Hough made his first appearance on April 22 and was released with court-imposed conditions. He’s scheduled to appear in court again on May 19. The Saskatchewan ICE unit is composed of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service.
