A 22-year-old Nipawin man is facing charges after luring a teen girl through social media. RCMP say the man met the girl on Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation on July 12 after communicating with her on social media and left with her in his vehicle. The incident was reported to police and two hours later, officers located the pair and arrested the man at a home in Nipawin. Drann McKay, 22, of Nipawin, has been charged with one count of unlawful confinement and one count of sexual interference. He appeared in Nipiwan Provincial Court on July 16. Saskatchewan RCMP say officers from Nipawin RCMP, Forensic Identification Services and the Serious Crimes Unit assisted with the investigation.
