Two early-morning drivers managed to avoid serious injuries after colliding at a busy Saskatoon intersection. Saskatoon police were called to the 100 block of Circle Drive West at about 6:30 a.m. A truck travelling westbound at a high rate of speed struck another truck, before rolling into the parking lot of a nearby hotel. The other vehicle came to a stop on the centre median of Circle Drive. A traffic light was also knocked over in the collision. Traffic restrictions in the area have been lifted. Police also responded to a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on the 300 block of Circle Drive West at about 6:50 a.m. There were no serious injuries to report in that incident.
