WATCH: The Hospitals of Regina Foundation has unveiled the grand prize for their next home lottery, a 4,400 square foot home in the Creeks.

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) has unveiled the grand prize for their next home lottery, a 4,400 square foot home in the Creeks worth $1.7 million.

The house, built by Ripplinger Homes, comes fully furnished and features several amenities, including an in-home theatre, a three-season sunroom, a gym, as well as a tub for two in the master bedroom.

Dino Sophocleous, CEO and president of the HRF explained what the proceeds from each ticket sold goes towards.

“So, when you purchase a ticket in the Hospitals of Regina Foundation Home Lottery, you are helping us deliver the new technologies and equipment our medical teams need to care for the people of southern Saskatchewan, and I cannot stress this enough, right here at home,” he said at Tuesday morning’s announcement.

“We are strong believers in local healthcare and the foundation has made local health care a priority since 2015.”

This is the 59th home lottery conducted by the HRF since 1987.

In addition to the grand prize show home, there is another $1 million worth of prizes up for grabs, including trips around the world.

The deadline to enter the grand prize draw is midnight on Nov. 14.
