Here’s the Hospitals of Regina Foundation’s spring lottery grand prize showhome

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation Spring Home Lottery is live with a chance to win the big prize, a $1.8M showhome

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) unveiled its 2026 Spring Home Lottery showhome on Wednesday, marking the first time the grand prize home is located in Emerald Park, just east of Regina.

Valued at $1.8 million, the 4,500-square-foot home is the most valuable grand prize in the lottery’s history. Built by Ripplinger Homes, it features four bedrooms, a triple garage and panoramic windows overlooking the Aspen Links Golf Course.

The winner will also receive $50,000 in cash to help cover property taxes or other expenses.

Funds raised through the lottery support a range of health-care initiatives, including maternal health, pediatrics, the neonatal intensive care unit and advanced medical technology, including equipment used for less invasive brain surgery.

“We try very much to make a house, a showhome that shows like a showhome, but feels like a home,” said Dino Sophocleous, president and CEO of HRF. “It’s a bit of a balance, and Ripplinger Homes has done a great job of finding that line. Ultimately, it’s about the wow factor. We want people to come in and say, ‘This is a great show home.’”

This is the 60th home lottery since they began in 1987. To date, $69.5 million has been raised from home lotteries to support health care in Regina.
