Here are the winners of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation’s Fall Home Lottery

On Friday, the winners of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation Fall Home Lottery claimed their prizes.

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) recognized some prize winners of the HRF Fall Home Lottery on Friday.

The $1.7-million grand prize show home and $50,000 went to Christian Flaman of Regina.

The 4,400-square foot home comes fully furnished and features several amenities, including an in-home theatre, a three-season sunroom, a gym, as well as a tub for two in the master bedroom.

The 50/50 prize of $535,375.00 went to Gerald Mydan of Regina. He said he has been buying Hospital of Regina Foundation Home Lottery tickets for decades.

“I’ve always felt it was going to a good cause, and a $100 ticket is not much for a person to do, and you put it all together and there’s a nice pile of money being raised. It’s more of a donation than anything, I felt ... but you always want to win. It’s nice to win,” he said on Friday.

Dorraine Piller of Balgonie won the Early Bird Prize. She had the choice of an Audi, an Australian vacation, or $100,000 cash and opted for the cash.

Amanda Roden from Yorkton won the membership loyalty prize of $10,000 cash.

Proceeds from the lottery go towards medical programs at Regina’s hospitals, including the pediatric programs at the Regina General Hospital and the children’s program at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, among many others.

This home lottery raised about $1.2 million for the foundation.

A complete list of the winners will be available on the HRF website on Dec. 12, 2025.
