MONTREAL - Protesters in Quebec are continuing to push for a public inquiry into the province's construction industry.

The protesters say a formal hearing would be the best way to eliminate corruption in the province.

Organizers say just over 100 people attended Saturday's event outside Montreal's Olympic Stadium.

Several hundred people took part in a similar protest last month.

Quebec Premier Jean Charest has resisted calls for a public inquiry for the past two years.

But after a recent report by the province's anti-collusion watchdog, Charest now says he's weighing the possibility.
