Watch out for fake road test site: police

Ottawa Police are warning people not to be duped by a fake site claiming to book road tests.

"bookyourroadtest.com," which may appear as an ad during a Google search, does not actually arrange for a driving evaluation.

Police say it takes your personal information and credit card data which could be used for identity theft.

Drivers' tests can be booked online through the official Government of Ontario website, drivetest.ca
