Two people were arrested after a police operation on Jacques-Cartier Bridge in Montreal early Saturday that has since been resolved. Provincial police, Sûreté du Québec (SQ), told CTV News they received a 911 call around 6:45 a.m. about individuals who were on the structure. Police arrested two people, but they said they received information that four individuals in total were involved. They were unable to say how old the individuals were or what they were doing on the structure. The bridge was partially closed to vehicles in both directions but has since reopened around 10 a.m. Police said the two people who were arrested will be interviewed by investigators. The investigation remains ongoing to determine what happened.
