Counting down to the New Year, some people are thinking about making resolutions. Downtown, Montrealers and visitors were sharing their resolutions - or lack thereof. Meanwhile, author and mental health expert Calissa Ngozi says a New Year’s resolution is like a blank page for you to fill. “You need to have a sustainable resolution, something that you can actually do. Otherwise, you’re going to you’re going to give up. You’re going to be upset with yourself and then you are going to be back at square one,” she explains. Watch the video above for the full report.
