Mild weather to persist in Montreal this weekend

Single-digit temperatures are expected, but the majority of the weekend will be mild in Montreal.

Montrealers can expect single-digit highs this weekend - starting with a low of 5 C on Friday night.

Partly cloudy skies Friday could shift to mostly cloudy by Saturday afternoon. The mercury could then hit a near-seasonal high of 9 C.

Those out on Saturday night will want to be warmly dressed. A low of 3 C could feel as cold as the freezing temperature.

An overcast Sunday could bring a temperature of up to 9 C once again.

A nighttime low of 3 C is expected for the Montreal area on Sunday night, before daytime highs return to the double digits next week.
