She announced her return to the stage on her birthday, March 30, after a lengthy break due to Stiff Person Syndrome, an incurable autoimmune disorder. In a video posted to social media, the 58-year-old called her comeback “the best gift.” “This year, I’m getting the best birthday gift of my life.
