A return to showers is in store for the second half of the weekend. There is a 70 per cent chance that roughly 3 millimetres could fall over the island area on Sunday. However, Sunday will bring warmer weather with a daytime high of 19 degrees Celsius. An above-seasonal low of 11 degrees Celsius is then forecast for Sunday night. A mix of sun and cloud with a 60 per cent chance of showers is in the forecast for election day on Monday.
