Body of man in his 50s found in Brossard, police say

Longueuil police are investigating after the body of a man in his 50s was found at a residence in Brossard.

Longueuil police (SPAL) are investigating after the body of a man in his 50s was found at a residence in Brossard shortly before noon on Sunday.

Officers were called to the home by a concerned relative of the victim, SPAL said.

Investigators from the SPAL, along with the Quebec coroner’s office, will examine the circumstances surrounding the death.

Police said it was too early to determine whether the man was the victim of a criminal act.

The investigation is ongoing.
