Vehicle collision causes power outage in London

A vehicle collision has caused a power outage near Riverside Drive and Upper Avenue in London.

London Hydro says crews are responding to the outage, with most affected customers expected to have their power restored in about two hours.

However, repairs to the damaged hydro pole could take between nine and 12 hours, the utility said.
