A picture-perfect fall weekend is in store for Simcoe County residents and visitors. Environment Canada says it’ll be nothing but a sunny sky Saturday and a high of 15 C. You’ll be able to ditch the jacket at the peak of the day but will want it handy as the evening draws near and it cools down to a low of 2 C. Waking up Sunday, sunshine will once again beam through the windows and last for part of the day before clouds take over in the afternoon. It will feel even warmer with the temperature getting up to 18 C. You’ll want a sweater for Sunday evening as it drops to 5 C with some clouds. Face sunscreen and a hat will be useful this weekend as the national weather centre is warning of moderate UV indexes.
