Britt Britton, founder of Reform Pilates Studio, said she recognizes the role social media plays in her business. “Pilates has blown up over social media and the industry itself has really been thriving with that blow up,” said Britton. “I find with Reform in particular, it’s been such a great platform to showcase Pilates, it can be challenging but also really really fun.” Britton said one of the biggest misconceptions she’s noticed on social media is that Pilates is easy. “It looks easy,” said Britton. “We like to use the word humbling.”
