A stabbing is being investigated in Tillsonburg, according to police. Just before 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, OPP and EMS responded to a report of a weapons-related incident at a home in the town. When they got there, officers said they found one person with serious, non-life-threatening injuries consistent with being caused by an edged weapon. The person was transported to a local hospital for treatment. A second person at the home at the time was taken into custody without incident. The investigation remains ongoing, and police said any further details will be released as they become available. Earlier today, police posted to social media about an increase police presence on Quarter Town Line, noting an ongoing investigation.
