The London Knights’ win streak was snapped Wednesday night in Sault Ste. Marie, dropping a 5-2 decision to the Greyhounds. Nearly all of the scoring came in a back-and-forth second period. Ryan Brown scored twice for the Knights, bringing them back level each time the Soo had gone ahead. Marco Mignosa scored late in the middle frame though, giving the Greyhounds a lead they held through the rest of the game. A pair of empty-net goals sealed the victory for the Soo. London had won three games in a row coming in, including the first two games of their three-game road trip. The Knights return home for their next game Friday night against the Sarnia Sting.
