The local real estate market continues to be shaky amid economic uncertainty. According to the London and St Thomas Association of Realtors, 653 homes exchanged hands in the month of April — a 14 per cent drop compared to April 2024. Year to date, numbers show a 19 per cent drop in sales compared to last year. The average price of a home in the region fell slightly to just over $654,000.
