Home sales jump in London region in March, prices continue to rise

Home sales in the region increased last month, according to the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR).

The association says 586 homes were sold in March, up from 410 in February. Sales were also four per cent higher than in March 2025.

LSTAR officials say the region’s average sale price rose to more than $627,000.
