The Beer Store has announced another local closure. The store at 1727 Richmond St. at the intersection with Fanshawe Park road in the Masonville area, will close effective March 22. “We are making the tough decision to close these retail stores. To serve customers, we continue to operate alternative locations in each of these markets,” said Ozzie Ahmed, VP Retail. “The retail marketplace in Ontario continues to evolve and stabilize. As a business we are focused on operating a retail network that meets evolving consumer needs, providing the largest selection of beer and a world class deposit return system.” Other stores that will close in March include ones in Brampton, Etobicoke and Hamilton.
