Guelph Police say three men were chased by a stranger with a knife Wednesday at the Conestoga College campus on Speedvale Avenue West. The victims were walking in the area, around noon, when they were confronted by an older man. He allegedly yelled obscenities at them while holding a knife. The trio then ran into a building on campus and the stranger followed. Police said the 58-year-old was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and three counts of assault with a weapon. Police also learned he had a warrant out for missing a court date last month. The three victims, all in their 20s, were not hurt.
