Tip leads to trio of charges for Puslinch driver

A driver is facing three charges after the police were tipped off about a potentially dangerous driver in Wellington County.

The Ontario Provincial Police tracked down the vehicle at the heart of the complaint and stopped the driver on Brock Road South on June 15 around 1:40 p.m.

Officers said the woman was uncooperative and drove off.

On June 17, a 40-year-old from Puslinch Township was arrested and charged with flight from a peace officer, dangerous operation, and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.

She was also given an automatic 90-day driver’s licence suspension.
