Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a serious collision that happened in Wilmot Township Tuesday. Police said the multi-vehicle incident happened around 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Queen Street and Witmer Road. A 24-year-old Kitchener woman and 68-year-old Plattsville woman were both taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The intersection has reopened after being closed during the initial investigation. Police said the investigation is still ongoing with charges anticipated.
