Pedestrian charged following Mount Forest crash

A pedestrian in Mount Forest has been charged with failing to use a crosswalk after a single-vehicle collision.

A pedestrian has been charged following a collision in Mount Forest.

Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian Monday around 6:45 a.m., on Main Street South.

Police say the pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

A 59-yeaer-old from Mount Forest has been charged with failing to use a crosswalk.

The pedestrian is facing a $50 fine.
