Anyone travelling between Toronto and Kitchener, Guelph or Stratford this weekend may need to adjust their travel plans. Due to ongoing construction work along the Kitchener line, GO trains will not be leaving from the Stratford or Kitchener stations. Instead, travellers are encouraged to take a GO bus to the Bramalea GO station and hop on a train at Mount Dennis. Buses also travel to the Highway 407 terminal that has a direct connection to the TTC. Meanwhile, anyone travelling from the Guelph, Acton or Georgetown stations is encouraged to take GO bus route 33 to Mount Pleasant GO to connect with train services. The changes will be in effect this weekend and from Sept. 19 until Sept. 20. A full list of impacted routes is available online.
