A motorcycle driver is facing multiple charges following a serious crash in Brant County on Monday. First responders were called to Highway 24 and Colborne Street West for a crash between a vehicle and motorcycle around 9:04 p.m. The crash led the motorcycle to go airborne 20 feet before landing back on the road. Ontario Provincial Police confirmed alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash. The motorcyclist had been told he was not allowed to drive by police three previous times. He was also driving a stolen motorcycle. The man was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The motorcycle driver, a 41-year-old man, was charged with four counts of operation while prohibited and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
