The Waterloo Regional Police Service are looking for the public assistance in finding a missing teen. Serif, a 18-year-old man from Waterloo, has gone missing. He is described as 5′6″ with light brown skin, a slim build, short black hair. He was last seen wear a black t-shirt with a flag on the front, black pants. There is a concern for Serif’s wellbeing.
