A 55-year-old Kitchener man is facing charges in connection with an indecent act. On Thursday, before 9 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of a man walking near Victoria Street South and Eastforest Trail in Kitchener, while committing an indecent act. Police were called to the scene. After a brief foot pursuit, he was arrested. The man was charged with an indecent act.
