The Waterloo Regional Police Service have charged a woman after an investigation several vehicle thefts throughout Cambridge. Investigators said the crimes were committed between Sept. 7 and Sept 22., where there were seven thefts from unlocked vehicles near Gladstone Avenue and Aberdeen Road South. An ensuing investigation led to the identification of a woman who was believed to be involved in four of the incidents. A 46-year-old Cambridge woman was arrested and charged with three counts of theft under $5000, fraud under $5000, unauthorized possession of a credit card, and possession of property obtained by crime, also facing one count of attempting theft under $5000, mischief under $5000, and theft of identification documents.
