The Stratford Police Service is looking for a missing 71-year-old. The man, known as Robert, has not been seen or heard from since Sept. 4 when he was spotted walking on O’Loane Avenue. He is 5’9”, 150 lbs and has a thin build. He is balding with some grey hair on the sides of a his heard and he has a beard. Anyone who knows where he may be is urged to reach out to investigators.
