Flying a drone over an airfield west of London, one YouTube user captured footage of what appear to be life-size replica space ships from 2016 film "Star Wars Episode VII."
A partly constructed Millennium Falcon cloaked in a blue tarpaulin and two X-Wings emerging from grass-covered hangars can be glimpsed in Justin Reeves' one-minute clip of airborne surveillance at the ex-air force base Greenham Common.
Filming started on "Star Wars: Episode VII" in May, after an April casting announcement followed sustained speculation over who would be involved.
Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker would all reprise their roles from the original 1977-1983 trilogy, with newcomers to the franchise including Max von Sydow, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Lupita Nyong'o, Christina Chong and Domhnall Gleeson.
Pinewood Studios is one of the film's principal shooting locations, just west of the UK capital; Greenham Common is 40km (65m) further, approximately one hour's drive away.
Directed by J.J. Abrams from a script co-written with Lawrence Kasdan, "Star Wars: Episode VII" is due for its debut on December 18, 2015.
