TORONTO -- CTV has acquired 11 new series for its fall lineup, including the Batman-inspired "Gotham" and legal thriller "How to Get Away with Murder."

The station nabbed the shows earlier this week at the L.A. screenings -- an annual event where international networks buy new shows from U.S. networks.

"Gotham," produced by Warner Bros. Television, stars Ben McKenzie as a young Commissioner James Gordon in the years before Batman's arrival in the city.

Academy Award nominee Viola Davis plays a tough criminal defence professor in "How to Get Away With Murder," the latest series from "Scandal" producer Shonda Rhimes.

CTV also acquired "Marvel's Agent Carter," "The Flash," "American Crime, "Secrets and Lies" and "The McCarthys."

Also on its fall roster is a revamped "The Odd Couple," starring Matthew Perry as the slobby Oscar and Thomas Lennon as neat freak Felix.
