Edmonton police have released photos of the pickup truck involved in a north Edmonton multi-vehicle crash that injured several on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday around 9:10 a.m., a Dodge Ram was driving northbound on 86 Street when it turned onto 132 Avenue without stopping and hit a Honda CRV going eastbound down the road. That Honda then hit two unoccupied parked vehicles on 132 Avenue and ricocheted head on into a westbound Nissan Rogue. According to a Saturday news release from Edmonton police, three of four young people in the Honda were taken to hospital, one with serious injuries and two with minor injuries. A woman and a young person in the Nissan were also taken to hospital with minor injuries. A letter sent home to parents on Tuesday afternoon said the injured youth were teenaged students at Archbishop O’Leary Catholic High School. The teen with serious injuries was still in hospital as of Saturday, police said. Police say the truck, described as an early 2010s black Dodge Ram with damage to the front passenger side, left the scene heading westbound on 132 Avenue.
