The Saturday death of a young man in northeast Edmonton has been ruled a homicide. Jeremy Poon, 22, was found dead by police who were sent to investigate a weapons complaint near 160A Avenue and 83 Street. An autopsy concluded he died from multiple stab wounds. A 53-year-old woman was also found at the location with serious injuries. She remained hospitalized as of Thursday. Wesley Poon, 25, faces charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder, and arson endangering life. Police believe all three knew each other but did not describe the relationship.
