Fans line up ahead of Morgan Wallen shows for high-demand merch

Merchandise for Morgan Wallen went on sale in Edmonton on Thursday, two days before his first concert in Edmonton, and hundreds of fans lined up.

Country music superstar Morgan Wallen is coming to Edmonton this weekend, but fans are already lining up for an early chance to buy merch beforehand.

Wallen’s I’m the Problem Tour is coming to Commonwealth Stadium on Friday and Saturday.

Ahead of those shows, merchandise featuring the musician is available out of two trailers at the stadium – one at Gate 6 on the west side and one by Gate 10 on the east side.

Thursday saw two lineups hundreds of metres long as the trailers opened for the day.

Shirts go for around $75 while sweaters can run you up to $130.

Merch will be available to buy Thursday until 8 p.m. and on both concert days starting at noon.

Edmonton and Toronto are the only Canadian cities on Wallen’s tour, which will feature Miranda Lambert, Ella Langley, Zach John King and Brooks & Dunn as openers.
